I would love to become more aware of my habits. I am aware of most, and I thought they are choices, but they are getting tiresome. I am very happy with myself, except two things. I would like to get back into the habit of walking and I would like to play less games. I love playing games and it is my way of destressing.

Hello Armine! I absolutely hear you. Habits are choices indeed and they can also take a lot of bandwidth from our “brain power” when we feel like we need to fight. That’s when the tiredness and even burnout can come so many times when trying to improve our own routines. Replacing old habits is a better way to see it than thinking we just have t change in one go, which is the problem for many people generally speaking. The habit of walking is exceptional! Is there a time of the day that motivates you the most to go walking? Do you associate walking with a specific moment or point of your day? This would be great to observe so you can start analysing your walking habit and putting back again into your routine. Yo do well as for destressing. Whatever works for you, and feels good for you, that’s the way to go. Thanks for your comment, Armine!
