Mindful Living on Travel

Yes, I just got inspired and came up with this. I hope you enjoy. Please stop anything you are doing and get into the text as you read. Because mindful living is about every single thing we do in daily life.

Cheers!

Because there are times when you just feel it. And then you know it.

Because life can be more than imagined.

Because we owe it to ourselves to feel better and better as every day goes by.

Because we can make it.

Because we can dream it.

Because we can share it.

Because we can spread it.

Wisdom. Love. Happiness.

Because life is not a roundtrip but just a one-way trip.

What are you waiting for to live yours, as it is really meant to be lived?

As it is written deep down inside your chest.

You know it. You can’t deny it.

And if you do, let me tell you this: *IT* will find the way to come out from your chest, one day or the next.

Think about it.

Go ahead.

Free yourself.

Dream. Take action.

Feel the fear until you feel free and authentic.

Until you feel like the person you dreamed to be.

No need to dream anymore then.

You just found yourself.

You’ve touched it. The real you.

And nothing will ever go back as before.

You will shine.

But you must keep thinking, growing, mastering your mind. Forever.

Because life is a constant change and evolution.

And so should we.

Dream. Think. Feel. Fear. Think some more.

Then get ready to smile and shine non-stop.

Then keep working on it, every single day of your life.

Because life is beautifully rewarding.

And attitude is all it takes.

Sincerely for all of you tonight,

Dr. Mariana

The people who surround her feel the benefit of it.

It makes you calm.

She holds you captivated in her palm.” ~ KT Tunstall
